How It Works:

  • Asynchronous Work Only: All communication and work are completed asynchronously. No live or free calls are included.

  • Use Loom.com or Similar Tools: To help us understand your requests, we recommend using Loom.com or similar tools to record and share videos of your issue or request. We’ll also use Loom or similar services to provide explanations, walkthroughs, or updates on completed tasks.

  • Specific Requests Only: All requests must be clear and specific. For example, “Please update this button color to match my branding,” or “Can you help me add this image to my homepage?”

  • Help Through Questions: If you’re unsure how to handle something, ask specific questions, and we’ll guide you (e.g., “How can I adjust my page layout?”).

  • Paid Calls at a Discount: If you need a live consultation, you can book a call with us at 25% off the standard rate. Free calls are not included.

What’s Not Included:

  1. Recurring Content Tasks:

    • Writing or publishing blog posts.

    • Managing or updating an online store (e.g., product additions).

    • Regular event updates or calendar management.

  2. Custom Development or Advanced Features:

    • Building custom integrations or plugins.

    • Extensive code work beyond minor CSS or HTML edits.

    • Designing new templates or pages from scratch.

  3. Third-Party Platform Support:

    • Troubleshooting non-Squarespace tools or integrations like email marketing software or payment gateways.

    • Assistance with domain or hosting providers outside Squarespace.

  4. Large-Scale Projects:

    • Full site redesigns or migrations.

    • Building new sections, features, or complex functionality.

  5. Immediate Support or Rush Jobs:

    • Requests that require completion in less than our standard response time.

  6. Anything More Complex Than the Spirit of This Offer:

    • At our sole discretion, if a request is deemed too complex or beyond the intended scope of quick fixes and minor updates, we reserve the right to categorize it as outside the scope of this subscription. In such cases, we’ll provide a custom quote, and your 25% subscriber discount will still apply.
